d'imir mé spórt- gach séasúr...timpeall mí Lúnasa...mí Bealtaine an bhliain dearnach a d'imir mé bhí mo cholainn is m'intinn dóite.


D'úsáid mé fuinneamh firinscneach an t-am go léir agus níor thug mé spás


d’fhuinnimh baininscneach. D'fhág sé sin tréithe mé.gach.uile.bliain.

‘’Excercised induced Asthma’ sa phictiúr thuas, codladh ar feadh laethanta tar éis cluichí...agus chuile dhuine ag iarraidh orm cluiche eile a imirt, traenáil eile a dhéanamh...mise ag ceapadh go maith an rud é traenáil gan stop..ansin. nuair a bhí mé dóite caith anuas orm féin nach raibh mé sách maith.

Yes, aontaím gur cheart do mhná cothrom na féinne a fháil i spórt, sna meáin agus ar gach bealach.

Burnout in Spóirt

During my years of playing sport, every season.. around August... (May in the

last year I played) my body and mind were burnt out.

I constantly used masculine energy all the time and I never gave space to any feminine energy. This left me


burnt out. Every. Single. Year.

nd everyone asking me to play another game, partake in another training session, and me thinking that the more I train the better. Then. When I was burnt out my inner thoughts were negative and hard on myself that I wasn't good enough.

What are some of the traits of feminine and masculine energies:

Masculine Traits: Strength. Business. Independence. Leadership

Feminine Traits: Feeling. intuition. Quiet. Listening. Care

It doesn't matter what sex you identify as in your life every being has both feminine and masculine traits,

In sport masculine energy is very much to the forefront.

Yes, I agree that women should get equality in sports, and media, and in every way. It is also important for men in sports to understand the importance of fueling their feminine energies as well.

Nobody can train non-stop without a break.

As women, it's important for us to listen to our bodies and our cycles - not managers and people trying to get every last bit out of us!

Everybody needs space to rest and heal it doesn't matter what sex.
