Stay in an island home, eat local food and connect with a slower pace of life.

Schedule:

Arrive Friday disconnect from mobile devices and enjoy a light diner together. Get to know our group and ground with some introductions and gentle movements before bed.

Saturday morning yoga, sea swimming and more.

After breckie take a coastal walk to learn about our edible coastal plants to save for lunch. Learn about the island's history and language with a local.

Time for relaxation, maybe even check out the local spa before dinner, chats and entertainment.

A chill Sunday morning with some yoga, sea swimming agus light breakfast before getting ready to depart.

Hear/Speak Gaeilge throughout with this bilingual retreat.

Pack for all weathers - all activities to take place outside weather permitting. Alternative options available don't worry.

Included:

Accomodation for 2nights.  Light evening meal on arrival, breakfast, lunch & diner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday. Tea, coffee and snacks throughout.
