Getting to Inis Oírr, what to pack and all that other useful information
Travel
Inis Oírr is located 6miles of the Co. Clare coast and 12 miles from Rosaveel in Co.Galway. You will need to get a boat or flight to the island.
From Galway
Boat Ros a Mhíl, Co. na Gaillimhe
Daily from Ros a Mhíl 10.30am or 6pm (6.30pm on a Friday)
Daily from Inis Oírr 8am (8.45am on a Sunday) or 4.30pm
Bus from Galway leaves at 9am or 4.45pm or €5 per day parking
Fly Inverin, Co. na Gaillimhe 9am, 10.30am or 4.30 am
Bus from Galway city or free parking
From Doolin
Doolin Ferries , Co.Clare, 10am-5/6pm every hour or so. Please double check with companies.
Parking €15 for the weekend
What to pack
Warm Clothes, rain gear, hat, pocket torch, pen, paper, swimsuit (optional), suncream (fingerscrossed), reusable cup and water bottle.

What level of yoga is suitable for the retreat?
All levels are welcome! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, there will be space for you to adapt the movements to what feels right for you.
Is the retreat suitable for solo travelers?
Absolutely! Many participants attend our retreats alone, and it's a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals. The communal atmosphere promotes a sense of community and support.
What level of Irish is suitable for the retreat?
All levels are welcome! Whether you're a beginner or fluent. There will be space for you to practise your Irish or simply sit back relax and listen.

Are meals provided?
Yes, nutritious meals are included for the weekend retreat. We offer vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or preferences in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate. See specific retreats for more details. The wellness week retreat is self-catered.
What's the difference between the Wellness Weekend and the Wellness Week?
This Wellness week includes the Weekend Retreat (5th - 7th July) and the week after. The week after (8th - 12th July) will be self-paced and include a more minimal amount of activities. Coastal walks, visit to Inis Meáin or Doolin, evening yoga classes, use of Éalú Aran's facilities at your leisure during the week. Time for relaxation, maybe even check out the local spa, chats and entertainment.
