Schedule:

Arrive Friday disconnect from mobile devices and enjoy a light diner together. Get to know our group with some introductions before a moon lite walk,yoga, music and meditation before bed.

Saturday morning yoga and sea swim.

After breckie take a coastal walk to learn about our edible coastal plants to save for lunch. Learn about the island's history and language with a local.

Reconnect and release with a sound bath before some time for relaxation. Maybe even check out the local spa before dinner and some conversations.

A chill Sunday morning with some yoga, sauna,sea swimming agus healthy food before getting ready to depart.

Pack for all weathers - all activities to take place outside weather permitting. Alternative options available don't worry.
