Guided by Áine, Claire & Michael spend a weekend on Inis Oírr connecting with your body and breath.
Áine is an islander when invites you to see the beauty of the island thorough a local lense.
Claire & Michael Blake are Senior Transformational Breath Trainers who bring a wealth of knowledge alongside a unique gentle and open approach in their teaching style. They both have delivered training and workshop all over the world.
What to expect
Friday
Arrive at your leisure. Gather and meet the group for a light meal prepared using locally grown ingredients.
After a short walk to our beautiful lake side venue the weekends events will start with an introduction to the breath and some gentle movements.
You will feel grounded and ready for a good nights sleep looking forward to the weekend ahead.
Saturday
Awaken in the morning to a full body movement class on the beach (weather permitting) and after enjoy a refreshing dip in the Altantic..
After breakfast we will meet for another breathing workshop to continue to explore this incredible modality.
There will be some free time in the afternoon for you to spend some time discovering hidden gems the island has to offer. Shore walks, spa treatments, picking and learning about edible plants, your choice.
We will gather again in the evening to eat and share our days experience. There is a very special event happening on the island during the weekend and we will partake.
Every weekend is slightly unique so come with an open mind.
Sunday
Another morning yoga session followed by a breath workshop will send you home lighter, more grounded and ready to integrate back into your life.
Accomodation
You will stay in a local Bed and Breakfast. Every bedroom has a private bathroom attached. Choices between single and shared rooms.
Notes
Some activities will take place outside (weather permitting) other in our beautiful lake side shala surrounded with limestone walls. Every weekend escape is a little different come with an open mind and enjoy the journey.
A unique experience is guaranteed with time to explore your connection to the breath and body. Áine likes to instruct here yoga classes thorough Irish, a special experience that´s easy for all fluency levels to follow.
What to Bring
Warm loose clothes, rain proofs, hat, torch, pen, paper, swim suit,reusable cup and water bottle.
A story, poem, song, musical instrument and or a listening ear.
Included
2 nights accommodation, light diner on arrival, 1 x Dinner, 2 continental breakfast, tea, drinks and snacks throughout.
Not Included
Travel to the island. Spa experience or bike rental.

Everyday from Ros a Mhíl 10.30am or 6pm (6.30pm on Friday)
Everyday from Inis Oírr 8am (8.45am on Sunday) nó 4.30pm
Bus from Galway 9am nó 4.45pm or parking €5 per day.

Fly, Aer Árann, Inverin, Co. na Gaillimhe 9am, 10.30am or 4.30am
Bus from Galway or free parking.
From Doolin
Doolin Ferries, Co. an Chláir, 10am-5/6pm every hour-ish.
Double check schedule before trip. Parking €15 for the weekend.
